LHF International is founded and led by Charlotte Cato, a Danish strategy advisor with extensive international experience. Her career spans strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company, financial services at PFA Pension, and more than a decade in the pharmaceutical industry with Lundbeck, alongside her own international consulting practice. Having lived and worked across three continents over several decades, Charlotte brings a distinctly global perspective combined with a practical understanding of businesses, leaders, and markets across cultures.
